Steiner Aquatic Center (Salt Lake City Sports Complex)
Located near the U, this Olympic-size 50m pool is ideal for long-course sets and indoor training year-round.

Fairmont Aquatic Center
This centrally located pool in Sugarhouse has solid lap swim hours and a laid-back training vibe.

South County Outdoor Pool – Riverton (Summer Only)
An outdoor 50m pool is open during the summer. Ideal for those long-meter sets and practicing open turns under the sun.

Emigration Canyon
Climb from Salt Lake up to Little Dell. Ideal for sustained effort and hill intervals.

Antelope Island Causeway
