I have been able to grow and learn through all the years of Sport, and appreciate what I have gained in life by moving, and fully appreciate what the human body is capable of. In my experience, sport of any kind is always evolving, teaching and learning. I consider myself fortunate to be able to move. I enjoy and embrace the “HARD”.
