JANUARY BIKE CHALLENGE
January marks the beginning of the Bike session. This is another sub competition between clubs to see who can log the most bike mileage during the month (swim and run still count so keep logging!).
TIP OF THE WEEK: Indoor Bike miles count if you have an odometer to tell you how many miles you did. If you were on a spin bike and weren't able to tell how many miles you did, you are permitted to enter up to 15 miles per workout.
